Iron Butterfly "Metamorphosis" Bought this on the strength of a review I saw.
Think it was in Melody Maker which said ignore all the other reviews this album is a gas!
I have to agree!
Next up "Afreaka" by Demon Fuzz then "Four Moments" by Sebastian Hardie one of the best prog albums to come out of Australia.

To be fair it's hard going for about 10 or 11mins, then something magic happens with the big spacious improvisation bit with the bass & Miles's trumpet. It does classify as Specialist Music.

Picked up 2 lps today, rush- hemispheres and a chic/sister sledge compilation.
Ive given them a good clean with the knosti before I play them, as is now my habit.
Been looking for hemispheres for a while

Hemispheres, an awethumne album. It came out when I was at secondary school, I got it on Picture Disc and played it, and played it and played it and....

Heard la villa strangiato on a rush documentary on Netflix and had to have it.
A farewell to Kings is an awesome album too so I had to have the followup
