Society should be learning how to tap the skill of the dyslexic. If you and Einstein are anything to go by, it already is! to be fair any advantage it gives me in this hobby is a pictorial vision rather than word thinking. memorizing images or in our case circuits is the only way I know, but show m...

Clive I do understand your position, my anecdotal view on the right to tell others information someone has given you is not based on legal knowledge but on Father to Son moral teaching. my father died before the internet morals views rules and legal requirements today at vastly different. I was not ...

Dyslexia, tricky indeed! I make no judgements about the gift-like nature of this condition. I have worked with a lot of children who have this difficulty and it really doesn't help in their education and in their written communication with others. Yes very true I was a dunse at school. The Gift of ...

Yes I know, I wasn't even having a pop at lurkers I was opening up a discussion about the sociology of it, and puting up an idea for discussion. I think there is a observer style of lurking which is fine. But there is also a style of lurking which rather than taking part fires a volley out of the bl...

Just back from Robin Hood's Bay and discovered that all hell had broke loose in my absence.

Well, Paul will know for certain, but looks to me like 6%-10% efficiency at the moment. Though not sure why the efficiency matter that much given it is free energy from the sky. I think what you may mean is installation + running cost against energy generated. I think compairing them to 50p cells, ...

I go away on holiday for a week and the world goes mad! What on earth did you post Paul? I have forgoten to be honest. What happened was on the 300bpp thread Greg was hoping to get the 100th post so ~I~ joined in and a few others. I noticed that lurkers came out of the woodwork to take part in a tr...

There is one element of this which mun't be forgotten in the heat of the moment. As soon as someone tells you something spoken or writen they know that you have a right to tell anyone else. If what you have to say is confidential you have to make that clear from the outset. We have all learned by no...

with regard to the WAD 300PP interstage transformer........ 20 years ago. Think about it. I'm not interested in what transpired back then but how would AG tweak/modify the circuit now after X number of years of experience. . . Interesting, I am wondering how many improvements may be made to a trans...

I imagine AG will prefer not to be quoted in public. If he published an article with the information you could quote it. For my part I can speak as I find regarding commercial equipment if I have a genuin comparrison. I am prepared to accept from Clive that T D P has extra transformer winding skills.

there you go it says minimum order 1,000 any size. That's why I was awash with them. I got away with ordering laminations by the tray but they prefer to deliver them by the ton. YOu will have to think of something else. how about heatshrinking the bolt and then using nylon washers where they pull do...
